DESCRIPTION
Pan head screws are a common head type of non-countersunk screw head used to secure and fasten insulation. They have wide heads, a flat bearing surface, and a flat or slightly domed top surface with a recessed socket. Pan head screws come in a number of different sizes and head types such as slotted, unslotted, and Philips. Most sizes of pan head screw are available with a neoprene washer in stainless steel, galvanized, or zinc plated.
